By accessing our services through the Jeta website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Jeta and the user. If you do not wish to accept these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Jeta is a betting platform operating under an international online gaming licence. We provide licensed online Sports Betting and casino gaming services. These terms and conditions are published in both English and Bengali — in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

Account Registration & Personal Information

To open an account on Jeta, you must meet certain eligibility criteria. These are not personal in nature — they form part of international gaming regulations and responsible gaming policy.

During registration, you must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. If this information cannot be verified during identity checks at a later stage, your account will be suspended.

Always use your own payment account when making a deposit. Deposits from another person's mobile banking account may be declined and could subject your account to investigation. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings on Jeta is straightforward, though certain rules apply. These rules are set in line with international standards for financial security and anti-money laundering.

  • You must place at least one bet using deposited funds before making a withdrawal.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • A photo of your national ID may be requested for identity verification on your first withdrawal.
  • Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000.
  • Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • If fraudulent transactions are detected, withdrawals will be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests on Jeta are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. During peak times, this may occasionally take up to 2 hours. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond 24 hours, please contact support.

Betting Rules & Match Policy

There are fundamental rules for betting on Jeta that all users must follow. These rules are in place to ensure fair play for everyone.

General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Always review the odds carefully before placing a bet. Odds change rapidly in live betting, so proceed with caution.

If a Match is Postponed or Abandoned

  • If a match has not started, all bets will be refunded in full.
  • Once a match has started and the specified number of overs or periods are completed, the result will stand.
  • In cricket, a result is considered official once at least 20 overs have been played; in football, once at least 75 minutes have been completed.
  • If a match is cancelled due to a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances, Jeta will handle the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Odds Change Policy

The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your bet. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jeta reserves the right to void that bet.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jeta's bonus program is designed to offer extra benefits to bettors. However, claiming and using bonuses is subject to certain terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

  • New members can receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit.
  • A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus.
  • To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 10x the combined total of your bonus and deposit.
  • You will have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement.
  • The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once per person or household.

Other Promotions

Important Notice: When betting with a bonus, only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher will count towards the wagering requirement. Cashed-out bets will not be counted.

Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

Jeta is committed to maintaining a fair and honest betting environment. Any form of fraud or dishonest activity is strictly prohibited and will be acted upon swiftly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeta:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
  • Selling or transferring your account to another person.
  • Match-fixing or betting using insider information.
  • Using automated bots or software to place bets.
  • Attempting to defraud the payment system or engage in money laundering.
  • Exploiting Jeta's technical errors or intentionally abusing the system.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be closed without notice, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Jeta reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

  • Breaching any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
  • In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
  • Prolonged account inactivity (more than 12 months).

Account closures are generally preceded by an email or SMS notification. However, in cases of serious violations, an account may be closed without prior notice. To recover any legitimate balance from a closed account, please contact our support team.

Limitation of Liability

Jeta strives to deliver its services to the highest standard; however, we are not liable for events outside Jeta's control.

  • Jeta is not liable for missed bets resulting from internet disconnection or device issues.
  • Jeta is not directly liable for delays caused by technical issues on third-party payment systems (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
  • Jeta is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by natural disasters, server outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Jeta will not compensate users for bets placed in error.

Terms Amendment Policy

Jeta reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process will be followed for any changes:

  • At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
  • Notices will be sent via email, SMS, or through the platform.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
  • If you do not accept the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
